Overview In this role, you will lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA as the payroll subject-matter expert. You will drive accuracy, compliance, and process harmonization while shaping regional payroll strategy. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and standardized workflows that improve controls and efficiency.

This is a high-impact, analytics-driven position within Danaher’s Enterprise Payroll, offering the chance to influence payroll policy and technology across regions.

Responsabilità

- Own complex, high-risk, multi-country payrolls across EMEA and serve as the payroll expert for calculations, statutory interpretation, and regulatory changes
- Process multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure regulatory compliance; manage off-cycle payments and final pay calculations
- Validate/correct payroll data, escalate/discrepancies, and recommend improvements including automation




- Maintain and audit payroll records (tax withholdings, benefits, direct deposits); conduct regular data accuracy audits
- Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration for regional consistency; support rollout of standardized workflows
- Document and implement standardized payroll procedures; contribute to harmonization milestones and system enhancements

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business or minimum of 7 years of related payroll experience
- 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment
- Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar
- Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions

- Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages advantageous
