THE ROLE
As our Marketing Coordinator for Canyon Italia, you will plan, organize, and execute of our local event calendar from start to finish. You will build and deliver dynamic experiences that align with Canyon’s brand values, elevate our market presence, and connect with the Italian cycling community.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager Italy and the local and global teams, you will showcase Canyon’s world-class bikes at events ranging from local grassroots rides to major international expos. Collaborating directly with brand ambassadors, key partners, and local stakeholders, you will ensure every event reflects Canyon’s commitment to performance, innovation, and community.
This role will be based on our brand-new HQ in Pedrengo (BG).
YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW
- Community Building & Activation: Act as the primary driver for the Italian cycling community by cultivating authentic relationships, organizing engaging local initiatives, and collaborating with brand ambassadors and key partners to expand Canyon's rider community.
- Event Planning: Lead the development and execution of the Italian events calendar, aligning community activations and major market events with global brand priorities and commercial targets.
- Event Execution: deliver the full event lifecycle—from concept creation, logistics, and on-site execution through post-event evaluation.
- Fleet Readiness & Oversight: Coordinate and oversee the local marketing bike fleet to ensure all bikes are fully prepped, correctly configured, and event-ready for every activation.
