Your mission
As SAP S/4HANA Expert you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s ERP system to ensure its alignment with business processes. The successful candidate will be involved in designing custom applications, troubleshooting issues, and supporting users across departments to maximize the system’s efficiency and functionality. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address development needs, resolve operational challenges, and deliver ERP training to end users in coordination with the HR Training area. You will report to the Head of ICT & Digitisation.

- Ensuring the smooth operation of the SAP S/4HANA ERP system, critical for supporting administrative and operational processes.
- Troubleshooting and resolving ERP issues, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Assisting with system upgrades, maintenance activities, and the implementation of new features or modules.
- Providing support to ERP users, addressing inquiries and offering technical assistance.
- Collaborating with the HR Training team to deliver user training sessions on ERP functionalities, ensuring proper usage and adoption across the organization;
