PositionDirectly reporting to the Client Development Manager, the Client Development Specialist has the role of supporting and coordinating the team in all marketing activities, maximizing the impact on the return on investment. The CDS will be challenged on the growth of the local client’s database and will perform actions to recruit new clients, retain existing clients, reactivate sleeping clients.Moreover, she/he has the role of analyzing the customer database, coordinate the day-by-day CRM actions. She/he will be the direct contact of the Marketing department in HO to all the tasks and activity related to clienteling in boutique.

organize and follow the OTOs campaigns in store.Clients’ treatments: responsible for clients’ targeting, invitation process, ROI for HQ treatments; treatments proposals and organizational support for local initiatives.Gifting: responsible for the correct use of the clients’ gifts stock and coordination of the gifting actions (local celebration).Support the team in offering a high-end service in store (VIP room experience)Develop and retain partnerships for recruiting.Share figures and objectives on local clients on a weekly basis + dashboard study and analysis monthly (focused Client Dev; Diorly weekly)
