## **Job description** Avvale is looking for a Senior Data Scientist ## **Role and position** We are looking for a Data Scientist (AI & GenAI Architect) who will focus primarily on the design and development of AI solutions, with a strong vertical focus on Generative AI solutions that rely on LLM (Large Language Models) capabilities. ## **Requirements and skills** Hard Skills & Technical Expertise: * GenAI & LLMs: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (including concepts such as RAG, LLM orchestration, and agentic architectures). * Classical AI & Machine Learning (ML): Deep understanding of classical AI approaches and machine learning models, with the ability to assess when to prioritize them over GenAI. * Python: Strong proficiency in Python and the core frameworks/libraries dedicated to AI and Data Science. * Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the role. Soft Skills & Personal Attributes: * Solution Design & Reasoning: Strong logical and strategic thinking skills to "design" high-level solution architectures (from A to B),
focusing on the overall project rather than pure coding. * Client-Oriented Mindset: Excellent communication skills to interface with clients, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
