You plan, lead, and assure quality on initiatives that connect technology with business goals. You’ll translate complex tech topics for stakeholders and allocate resources to maximize impact. You work cross-functionally to advance BCG Platinion and contribute to people development and practice growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy and delivery.

Responsabilità
- Develop and deepen client relationships, acting as trusted advisor

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline
- At least twelve years in IT consulting with lead design/management of IT projects
- Experience managing project teams of 5+ people
- Ability to build solid business cases for IT initiatives
- Decision leadership in complex organizations with focus on solutions
- Proven track record of acquiring consulting projects
- Strong communication in Italian and English
