Overview In this role you design and deliver hands-on training that demonstrates Sysdig across containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud. You own the training platform’s reliability and automate lab provisioning to ensure seamless sessions. You craft engaging sessions and clear courseware, blending technical depth with accessible instruction.

You’ll work with AI tooling to accelerate content creation, while partnering with product, success, and marketing to keep training relevant. This is a chance to shape learning at scale and help customers secure innovation in the cloud.

Responsabilità

- Design and build realistic lab scenarios demonstrating Sysdig across containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud
- Own automation and reliability of the training platform (e.g., Instruqt, LMS) including provisioning, scripting, and troubleshooting
- Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and demos for diverse audiences
- Author courseware and technical documentation (YAML- and Markdown-based) and apply instructional design principles
- Use AI coding/agent clients to accelerate lab creation, scripting,



and content drafting while ensuring quality
- Lead projects end-to-end, making autonomous decisions and escalating risks when needed
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align training with feature value
- Translate feedback into content/process improvements and mentor junior team members

Requisiti fondamentali

- Deep hands-on experience with containers, orchestration (Kubernetes), Linux and/or cloud services
- Strong grasp of cloud-native ecosystem (Cloud Native, CIEM, CNAPP) and DevOps tools/methodologies
- Proficient in 1–2 programming languages (Bash, Python, Go) and comfortable with YAML/Markdown and APIs
- 3+ years of instruction experience with clear, engaging delivery and technical writing
- Ability to build and deliver training with confidence; strong technical and communication craft
- Experience with AI coding/agent CLI clients (Claude Code, Codex or equivalents)
- Fluent English, written and spoken
