Overview
As Sales Manager you drive brand sales strategies to maximise profitability across key markets. You will implement growth plans, manage important accounts, and coordinate trade concepts, events and POS materials. You work closely with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategies into tangible sales programs. This role offers international exposure within a household of premium mountaineering brands and a dynamic, performance-driven culture. You’ll lead with energy, forge strong partnerships, and shape market success in Italy and beyond.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- base salary 50.000 - 60.000
- target premio 5-10% of base

Responsabilità
- Support forecasting with order development analysis
- Analyze collection structure to identify Italian market needs
- Implement brand strategy in the assigned market
- Forecast requirements to meet sales financial objectives
- Develop sales strategic plans for growth and profitability
- Maintain direct relationships with key accounts and dealers
- Coordinate trade concepts, levels, and POS material delivery
- Promote brands through events and product exhibitions
- Develop first-class sales force and service level in the region
- Identify new business opportunities by evaluating market trends and competitors
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in sales, preferably in a distribution company
- Proactive, self-starter with leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on operational mentality with high energy
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Strong customer focus and knowledge of branding and promotions
- Good numeric and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial knowledge
- Excellent Italian & English
- Willingness to travel regularly
