Responsabilità
- Develop and execute the growth strategy for the cooling portfolio in the Italian market, engaging with consultants, engineering firms, system integrators and end‑users to expand market presence
- Identify market opportunities and emerging AI-driven trends affecting thermal management, data center design and sustainability targets
- Serve as SME for liquid cooling solutions (direct-to-chip, immersion cooling, hybrid architectures)
in customer meetings and design discussions
- Collaborate with global and local technical teams to ensure solution relevance and competitive positioning; work with product management, marketing and R&D; to incorporate market insights
- Contribute to compelling value propositions and support sales teams in opportunity identification, qualification and proposal development
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong understanding of data center cooling solutions (air, liquid cooling, heat management, energy efficiency)
- Familiarity with data center architectures, thermal design concepts and power/cooling interdependencies; knowledge of AI‑driven density challenges
- Strong market analysis and go‑to‑market execution skills with measurable outcomes
- Customer‑oriented mindset focused on long‑term partner engagement
