Your ImpactDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex,
LightningWebComponents (LWC), AuraComponents and VisualforceBuild and maintain complex integrations with third-party systems using ReST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architecturesArchitect scalable solutions that follow Salesforce best practices and design patterns, ensuring optimal performance and maintainabilityCollaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specificationsConduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior developers to elevate the team's technical capabilitiesOptimize existing codebase and refactor legacy solutions to improve performance, scalability, and user experienceImplement comprehensive test coverage using Apex test classes and ensure all code meets quality standardsParticipate in the full development lifecycle, including CI/CD processes, version control (Git), and deployment automationTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support for production incidentsStay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for platform enhancementDocument technical designs, architecture decisions, and development processes for knowledge sharingContribute to sandbox management, release planning, and deployment strategiesAbout YouIdeally,
you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. What you should bring:3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with proven expertise in Apex, LightningWebComponents, and declarative automation toolsBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience (we value skills over credentials—relevant experience and certifications may substitute for formal education)Strong proficiency with Salesforce APIs (ReST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and integration patternsDemonstrated experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD toolsSolid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software development best practicesExperience with Salesforce data modeling, including custom objects, relationships, sharing rules, and security architectureProven ability to write efficient, well-tested code with excellent unit test coverageStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesSelf-motivated with strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple prioritiesTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree no.
