Overview
In this role you will manage regional tactical and operational purchasing, acting as the main contact for local suppliers and handling day-to-day sourcing issues. You will define budgets, monitor market trends, negotiate contracts, and oversee RFQs, supplier evaluations, and audits. You will support cost analyses, tenders, and data maintenance while ensuring compliance and driving cost efficiency. This position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and an opportunity to influence regional supplier performance and value creation.

Responsabilità
- Manage regional tactical and operational purchasing processes and supplier communications
- Oversee RFQs, bid analysis, and supplier recommendations
- Coordinate supplier visits/audits with Supplier Quality Engineers
- Conduct cost analyses with the Cost Analysis Team and support performance reporting
- Assist with global tenders, audits,



and supplier evaluations; maintain supplier communications
- Contract management including data maintenance and engineering change processes in production
- Troubleshoot ad-hoc requests and supply issues
- Support budget definitions and ensure regional/local compliance
- Inform CM about market trends and negotiate with regional suppliers

Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience
- Experience or knowledge in plastic & rubber processes (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for operational execution
- Ability to leverage supplier process knowledge for negotiations and improvements
- Understanding of risk factors (currency, shipping costs, single-source dependency) and Total Cost of Ownership considerations
- Experience with process improvement with suppliers and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Ability to monitor the supply ma
