Overview

As the CRM Systems Specialist, you enable Salesforce-driven operations across the organization by supporting users, maintaining data quality, and optimizing system effectiveness. You will administer Salesforce, handle user support, and document processes while partnering with cross-functional teams on enhancements and improvements. This role blends hands-on administration with training and knowledge sharing to boost adoption.

You’ll engage with Sales, Service, and marketing processes to enable efficient, data-driven decisions.

Responsabilità

- Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support and promote best practices across the business
- Perform routine CRM administration and data maintenance to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Manage account, contact, opportunity, and lead data, including imports, merges, and hierarchy changes
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of Salesforce enhancements and new functionality
- Assist with user requests, issue resolution,



and other Salesforce or business application support activities
- Collaborate and cross-train with team members to support broader business processes and applications

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and marketing-related processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, data management, and business processes
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
- Travel willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
