We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join our team in Milan for an extracurricular internship of approximately 40 hours per week. During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in digital media sales and learn how to build relationships with both media agencies and direct clients. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams while contributing to an excellent customer experience.
This position follows a hybrid working model, with two days per week in the office.
What You'll Take Charge Of
- Support the sales team in managing relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Help build and nurture relationships with media agencies and direct clients
- Research the market and competitors to identify trends and potential opportunities
- Assist with preparing client presentations, sales proposals, and campaign recommendations
- Learn how ShowHeroes’ products can address clients’ campaign goals and strengthen their brands
- Support the team with account planning, sales forecasts, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client activities and support company growth
- Keep customer and sales information accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying or recently graduated in business, marketing, communications, media, or a related field
- A strong interest in digital advertising, media sales, and online video
- Any initial experience in media, marketing, or sales is an advantage but not essential
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, curious, and reliable approach to work
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- A structured way of thinking and a willingness to learn
- Enthusiasm for working in an international, fast-paced environment
