Amazon is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the EU Process Engineering Network Experts Team (EUPE NET) in a full-time, onsite, non-shift rotation role with direct exposure to EU-level strategic initiatives. This senior position operates in a high-ambiguity environment where you will act as Subject Matter Expert for one or more EU CF process paths, covering direct, indirect processes and flow management. You will use your expertise to decompose complex operational challenges into simple, actionable solutions, design end-to-end standards in both planning and execution, and influence cross-functional stakeholders across countries and organizations to deliver cost savings and process excellence. The role requires strong ownership, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to lead independently across diverse teams and functions. The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Logistics, Delivery and Shipping Sector. The position is classified at level Quadro or above, depending on the candidate's skills,
