Assistant Front Office
Manager (m/f/d) Gross annual salary ranging from €28,000.00 to €32,000.00 (14 salaries)
Assists the front office manager with all their duties and fills in for them when they are away Is responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly and for our guests being warmly welcomed Is actively involved in all Reception and Reservation operations Professionally handles complaints on site Maintains regular guest information and the profile system in Protel Coordinates with Housekeeping At least 2–3 years of work experience in the front office area Completed hospitality vocational training Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are desirable Good Microsoft Office and Protel skills excellent communication and negotiation skills Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor All inclusive onboarding at the beginning of your employment for a good start Active shaping of a dynamic work environment A secure, long-term position within the Falkensteiner Family with internal promotion potential Team Member Rates and Family & Friends special rates with additional F&B; and Spa discounts in over 30 Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences Access to regional partner benefits and corporate discounts Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
