As a Specialist, and a valued member of the Ferrara team,
you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- Managing and monitoring qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket…) and Omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, App download).
- Monitoring team performances (both personal and store KPIs) and define corrective actions.
- Managing the department team and its performances, developing team members skills and talents.
- Ensuring quality standards of its own department (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection)
- Training on technical skills.
- Resolving any disputes.
- Developing team working spirit and animate every member of the team to make them achieve their goals.
- Informing the team through briefing about the current results and the daily/monthly objectives.
- Guaranteeing the best Costumer Journey ensuring guidelines respect.
- Monitoring and sharing daily
