Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will advise business leaders and drive full-cycle recruiting to attract top talent. You will align recruitment initiatives with priorities and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. The role sits within the Global Talent Acquisition team with a hybrid schedule at the Italy facility in Monfalcone.
You will shape the workforce by building talent pipelines and providing data-driven insights to improve hiring processes. This is a chance to contribute to a mission-driven nuclear energy company and work with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful hires.

Responsabilità
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights
- Foster a positive candidate experience through proactive communication
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate ATS data to ensure compliance and process alignment
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- Fluency in English and Italian with strong communication skills
- Experience building relationships and influencing leaders as a consultative partner
- Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- Experience recruiting for diverse, technical and professional roles and negotiating offers
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools
