Overview In this role you will lead the Integrated Management System (IMS) across quality, health, safety and environment to support a global Waste‑to‑Energy leader. You will drive ISO compliance, manage audits and certifications, and embed continuous improvement with measurable KPIs. You will oversee safety protocols, environmental risk control, and training programs, coordinating with health, safety and site teams.
This position offers impact at scale, shaping risk management and compliance culture within project execution.
Responsabilità
- Ensure ISO Q (Quality), E (Environmental), and H&S; (Health & Safety) compliance and maintain certifications via third‑party audits
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements including Legislative Decree 231
- Drive IMS improvement with KPIs and monitor corrective actions closure
- Lead the SOA certification process
- Monitor environmental impacts and optimize waste management
- Oversee Health & Safety protocols to reduce incidents
- Plan annual mandatory safety training and health surveillance activities
- Coordinate with RSPP and CSE and manage contractor safety activities
- Apply QA/QC skills in Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) preparation and management
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of experience with Integrated Management Systems (Quality, H&S;, Environmental) or QA/QC responsibilities
- Experience in plant engineering, specifically industrial plant design and development
- Strong organizational and communication skills with proven cross‑functional collaboration
