QUALITY ASSURANCE INTERN
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team on a temporary basis, either through an internship. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative international environment,
supporting key QA activities and interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison with Affiliates and Suppliers for quality investigations related to product complaints, including retrieving complaint samples
- Support the QA team in collecting training records and organizing training sessions for the Scientific Affairs and R&D; departments
- Assist in the issuance and distribution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Perform other QA-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a Scientific discipline preferred
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 13485, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22716 is considered an asset
- Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required

- A hands-on learning experience within a supportive and international QA team
- Exposure to regulated environments and quality systems in the healthcare/cosmetic/pharmaceutical industry

What we offer
?Location: Via Valosa di Sopra n. 9 – Monza (MB)
? Duration: initially 6 months.
⏰ Working hours: Full-time (38,5 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday)
? Lavoro da remoto: 1 day per week
? Monthly allowance: €900,00
?️ Meal vouchers: €6,00 for remote working days
?On-site Canteen.
This internship is a structured training experience designed to support entry into the professional world.
