- - Regional PR Strategy & Execution: Develop regional PR strategies and plans based on annual IMC strategies and business objectives, and drive effective execution across key European markets.
- Corporate & Brand PR: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of corporate and brand PR projects, campaigns, events, and key communication initiatives across the EU region.
- Media Relations & Regional Market Communications: Lead media engagement for key regional businesses and markets, build and maintain strong relationships with key media and journalists, and collaborate with regional and local teams to develop in-depth stories, reports, and media opportunities.
- Integrated Marketing Communications: Support the communication and publicity of major IMC events and projects, develop compelling content, topics, and storytelling to maximize communication impact and enhance OPPO's brand visibility.
- Cross-functional & Regional Collaboration: Work closely with EU regional functions, local market teams, global HQ, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution of regional PR initiatives.
- Reputation & Issues Management: Monitor industry trends, public sentiment, and emerging issues across European markets, identify potential communication risks,
and support reputation and crisis communication when required.
Qualifications
- - 5+ years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience in an international or regional organization is highly preferred.
- Strong industry awareness and sensitivity to trendy topics, with the ability to identify communication opportunities and develop insightful, compelling content and storytelling.
- Proven experience in PR strategy, media relations, corporate/brand communications, major events or project management, and IMC.
- Strong communication, storytelling, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in English.
Chinese
Mandarin can be used as a working language.
Additional
European language skills are a plus.
- Experience in consumer electronics, smartphones, technology, lifestyle, or other international consumer brands is highly preferred. xysqume
- Strong ownership, strategic thinking, creativity, and execution capabilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across different functions and markets.
Location: Flexible within the EU with authorized work permit (Milan, Madrid, Paris, London, etc.)
