Overview
As Digital Merchandising Coordinator at Moncler, you drive the online merchandising strategy for assigned lines within the Digital Commerce team. You will manage day-to-day catalogue activities, ensure optimal product presentation and navigation, and coordinate GTM launches across all touchpoints. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to improve performance and align digital product strategy with investments. Responsabilità
- Develop understanding of assigned lines to shape trading strategy and execution
- Analyze performance weekly, monthly, and ad hoc to identify opportunities and maximize sales and profitability
- Oversee day-to-day category management: product uploads, availability, publication, search optimization, and visual merchandising
- Lead product selection and coordinate GTM activities for launches, campaigns, and key moments
- Contribute to digital commercial and editorial calendar, ensuring online availability and relevance across touchpoints
- Utilize analytics and tracking tools to optimize product presentation, navigation, and accuracy
- Collaborate with CRM and Digital Marketing to ensure correct product linking for communications
- Coordinate with Buying to align digital product strategy with investments
- Monitor competitors and market trends, deliver benchmarking analyses and actionable recommendations
- Conduct on-site checks, identify issues, coordinate bug tickets, and follow up on resolutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Solid passion and understanding of Digital Merchandising
- Proficiency with Commerce Cloud (SFCC), PIM platforms, Salesforce, Contentsquare
- Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
- Bachelor in Economics and 5+ years of relevant Ecommerce experience
