We’re currently looking for a Project Scheduler to join our M Renewables team in Italy in our Milan offices.
Your role will encompass :
- Creating, maintaining and monitoring construction schedules and plans to ensure that deadlines are met
- Liasing with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
- Producing progress reports and forecasts for teams members, client and stakholders as directored by Project Manager and Director
- Creating a risk management plan
- Identifying shortcomings and advise on action plans on cost reduction efforts
- Producing tender plans to support bids
- Activities related to planning, reporting and monitoring according to execution and development pipeline
What you bring to the role :
- 2+ previous working experience as planner within the construction industry
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to details
- Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of MS Project
- knowledge of Primavera P6 would be a plus
- Methodological approach
- Italiand and English knowledge
