What You'll do
Grow@Hilti program – Finance Track is a development program like no other. Over a two-year and half period we’ll prepare you for a managerial career by putting you at the center of our customer-focused business model. It’s fast paced and challenging, but we’ll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities.
We offer 2 different Finance Track options, each with their own exposure to our customer-focused business model as well as immersing you in the fundamentals of Hilti Finance, alongside strategic project assignments. Each option is split into three main stages of work:
FINANCE TRACK – OPTION 1
- 18 months as Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative. You’ll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software.
- 12 months in one of the following roles:
- FP&A; Trainee:
finance business partner of Sales, driving profitability improvement, collaborating with HR, Pricing, Marketing;
- Credit Trainee: manage credit processes, assess financial risk, negotiate agreements, lead improvements;
- Controlling Trainee: manage budgets, review balance sheets, run forecasts, oversee contract database and supplier agreements.
FINANCE TRACK – OPTION 2
- 12 months as Accounting Specialist: collaborate on financial tasks focusing on payments and balance sheets, support auditors and lead financial projects.
- 6 months on a strategic finance project with international perspective.
- 12 months in one of the following roles:
- FP&A; Trainee;
- Credit Trainee;
- Controlling Trainee.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s Degree in Economics (Finance) or Management Engineering;
- Preferably up to 2 years of professional experience;
- Flexible team player with strong communication and social skills;
- International mobility and readiness to relocate;
- Driving license for at least 1 year (option 1).
