Sales & Business Impact
- Guide guests through their photo journey and purchase experience.
- Promote photo products and maximize sales opportunities.
- Contribute to onboard revenue targets through exceptional service.
Photography Operations
- Set up and manage photo locations across the ship.
- Ensure photography equipment is always ready and operational.
- Support embarkation activities and key onboard events.
Teamwork & Professionalism
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Who You Are
Required
- Secondary school diploma
- Previous experience in photography, ideally in dynamic or guest-facing environments
- Basic knowledge of photo equipment and strong motivation to learn and improve your technical skills
- Confidence in interacting with Guests and creating positive, engaging experiences
- English level B1 or higher
- Fluency in an additional language among Italian, German, French, or Spanish.
- Team spirit, flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly
- Organized mindset and attention to detail
- Customer-focused and relationship-driven, with a natural ability to build trust and create memorable experiences
- Results-oriented and resilient, motivated to achieve ambitious goals
- Curious, positive and collaborative, comfortable working across departments with a proactive attitude
