Overview In this role you will support the area manager to drive production targets and continuous improvement initiatives. You will help optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional plant teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives and sustainability goals while developing people and leading by example. This is a hands-on role in a highly digitalized manufacturing environment with room for professional growth.

Responsabilità

- Support the area manager to achieve production targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes
- Monitor department KPIs and propose improvement actions




- Collaborate with Minifactory Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to implement projects
- Support activities aimed at PME (Continuous Improvement) targets
- Oversee people management aspects (absenteeism, safety, meritocracy, evaluation)
- HSE: supervise safety rules and implement corrective actions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Engineering Master’s degree
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods
- Communication and Leadership
