The Finance & Accounting team at Grafton, a global brand specialising in Professional Recruitment, is recruiting on behalf of our client, an industrial manufacturing for the steel & foundry, for the following role: REGIONAL BU FINANCE ANALYST Provide to management the key information on actual results, including forward-looking analysis and reports. The role will deliver financial insight to support the business and finance in driving performance. # Provide accurate analysis of fixed and variable costs for the APU or Plant to either the APU Manager or Plant manager. He’s responsible for preparing the Plant cost dashboard Produce standard and ad hoc reports, incl. variance analysis and relevant, insightful and accurate commentary Conduct scenario analysis and modelling using data visualization tools to support business decisions Provide day-to-day decision support activities, financial management and analytics to understand drive business performance.
Ensure budget / forecasting, business review, and other management reporting deadlines are met Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis,
as required to support decision making Identify process improvement opportunities and support the delivery of improvements in processes, systems and procedures Support internal and external audit queries Collect and analyse data to determine variable and fixed per APU Responsible for calculation, verification, analysis, and reporting of product costs per APU Support inventory valuation and reconciliation (from raw materials to finished goods) Responsible for updating and managing costs in the system ensuring product cost is correctly stated Grafton is the global Professional Recruitment brand of Gi Group Holding, the first Italian multinational in the employment sector and one of the leading companies providing HR services and consulting worldwide.
