Overview
In this role you will shape pricing and inventory strategies to optimize revenue, occupancy, and capacity across Costa’s global fleet. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and international teams to translate insights into actions that drive sustainable revenue growth. You’ll leverage data, forecasting, market intelligence, and pricing capabilities to inform decisions across ships, itineraries, and markets. The position offers the chance to impact pricing decisions in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment and contribute to Costa’s revenue optimization mission.

Responsabilità
- Define and execute pricing and inventory strategies for assigned ships and markets to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Support demand forecasting and commercial insights to guide decision-making across markets and sales channels
- Analyze booking trends, customer demand,



and competitive dynamics to generate actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and global market teams to align pricing with commercial objectives and activation plans
- Contribute to financial forecasting processes and the evolution of revenue management tools and analytics

Requisiti fondamentali
- 2–3 years of experience in revenue management within global organizations or analytically focused roles
- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative field
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with programming (Python) is a plus
- Data-driven decision-making and strong business acumen with commercial awareness
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate in cross-functional environments
