Overview In this Team Leader role within Oliver Wyman’s Data & Analytics division, you lead quantitative projects for clients in financial services and beyond. You guide data collection, model building, and analyses, translating insights into actionable recommendations. You collaborate with Partners and clients to ensure high-quality deliverables and coach team members to grow their skills.
You’ll work in a cross-border, growth-oriented environment that values balance and ongoing development, with travel opportunities and exposure to cutting-edge analytics.

Responsabilità
- Manage one project at a time, driving hypothesis development, data collection, model creation and analyses
- Provide technical and senior-level steer to projects in collaboration with Partners
- Work with clients and teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
- Maintain team energy and work-life balance while delivering results
- Coach Oliver Wyman and client teams to develop skills
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Strong analysis, documentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in advanced analytics and data manipulation software: R, Python, SAS, SQL, or SPSS
- Effective teamwork and ability to work with limited supervision and timelines
- Excellent command of Italian and English (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage high work volume and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and willingness to travel
- At least 5 years of experience in specialized consulting firms, top-tier banking or financial institutions
