As the Office Assistant, you will take ownership of the day-to-day workplace experience and ensure the office runs smoothly. You will be the main point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers and internal teams. This is a part‑time role based in our Rome office, working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday on-site, alongside occasional additional support for leadership visits, events or other key business needs.
Maintain an organised, professional and welcoming office environment Manage seating plans, desk allocation, meeting rooms, office access and visitors Coordinate new-joiner onboarding, including desks,
laptops and access cards Manage supplier relationships and maintain records of costs and invoices Support office-capacity planning and anticipate needs as the team grows Provide administrative support to the Office Operations Manager Previous experience in office operations, workplace coordination or administration Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑business‑unit environment Fluency in English; Italian is a plus As a world leading company in travel industry, we provide a platform for our talent to unleash their power, make a global impact, and achieve a successful career.
