As a Brand Manager for Estathé, you will significantly contribute to growing market share and competitively positioning our brands. You will be developing strategies for Brand(s) by developing and implementing ideas and projects. You will aim high and achieve goals together with your team. You’ll work cross-functional with teams such as R&D;, Media, Research, Trade Marketing and Finance to bring marketing campaigns to life, from concept to execution, while ensuring consistency with brand values and performance ambitions.

Main Responsibilities:You will support the Senior Brand Manager in developing the annual brand plan, including objectives, volumes, sales mix, P&L; and activity plans, leveraging market,
competitor and consumer insights to drive informed decisions. You will manage the brand budget and monitor the effectiveness of investments, while continuously tracking business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and contributing to forecasts and corrective action plans. You will ideate, shape and implement the annual activity grid, ensuring timely and high-quality execution across all initiatives. Working closely with creative and media agencies, you will oversee campaign development, media planning and consumer promotions, while monitoring media and digital performance and recommending optimization opportunities. You will stay up to date with consumer trends, emerging platforms and activation opportunities, evaluate agency performance against quality, timing and budget expectations, and ensure consistency with brand positioning, communication strategy and guidelines across all consumer touchpoints.
