Overview
As a Technical Specialist in Apple Retail, you help customers get the most from their Apple products through expert technical support and friendly, empathetic service. You stay current on Apple hardware, software, and repair processes to enable quick, high-quality solutions. You empower customers by explaining repair options and product capabilities, while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative store environment. You’ll work with the team to resolve issues, educate customers, and support store goals with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.

Responsabilità
- Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnosis for Apple hardware and software
- Offer knowledgeable product guidance and service recommendations to customers
- Educate customers on repair options and service workflows
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring issues and relay feedback to Apple
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes
- Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor as needed
- Deliver empathetic,



care-centered service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Contribute to an inclusive work environment and uphold Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity

Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a customer service setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate customer service challenges with care
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about Apple products and third-party products
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with accountability and shared responsibility
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information securely
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail operations
- Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported)
