In this role you provide expert technical support to dealers and customers to drive rapid resolution of field issues, especially at season start. You assist with complex cases, field setup, and integration of advanced AGCO technologies, while collaborating across regions. You help promote digital tools and ensure reliable AGCO systems support, contributing to overall uptime and customer success.

Responsabilità
- Provide expert-level support to dealers and customers to ensure smooth seasonal launches
- Resolve highly complex technical issues when local resources are exhausted
- Support field setup and optimization across crops and conditions with hands-on guidance
- Promote and demystify advanced technologies and new features to restore confidence
- Provide guidance on AGCO systems, warranty processes, TechConnect, and diagnostic tools
- Collaborate globally to share expertise and best practices
- Escalate issues using EWFR and work with Product Support for solutions
- Lead factory-level investigations for complex cases that require deeper technical analysis
- Provide limited support for field kit installations and monitor performance before broader deployment
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong knowledge of Agricultural Business and product, including mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with service and parts management practices and dealer networks
- Solid understanding of mechanized agriculture and land preparation techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial awareness in customer/dealer interactions
- High proficiency in PC usage, including Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
