Overview
In this role you drive new customer growth for Workday’s enterprise management cloud. You work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and close strategic opportunities in large accounts. You’ll build trusted relationships with C‑level stakeholders and translate Workday’s value into tailored solutions. The role combines quota–driven sales with collaboration across pre‑sales and services to deliver lasting value for customers and the company.

Responsabilità
- Develop strategy to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territory
- Lead account planning with pre‑sales and other resources for strategic alignment
- Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects
- Manage relationships with net new customers with focus on deal management and solution fit




- Negotiate deals with C‑Suite executives to close opportunities
- Maintain accurate and timely forecast data for opportunities and pipeline

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of selling SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C‑levels in field sales
- 5+ years collaborating with internal teams (pre‑sales, value, inside sales) to meet quota and handle multiple deals
- 5+ years managing longer deal cycles and prospecting a portion of opportunities
- Proven ability to understand competitive landscape and position Workday effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience partnering on account strategies for prospecting and territory management
