Overview
In this role, you will lead and optimize operations across two plants to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet performance targets and cost reduction goals while upholding HSE and quality standards. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to elevate plant capability and resource utilization. This is an international manufacturing environment with a focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions. You will report to the Director Production Center Italy and influence production strategy within the Production Center Italy.

Responsabilità
- Oversee operations for two plants: Facility & Environment, Logistics & Material Handling, Assembly & Test / Manufacturing
- Ensure HSE compliance and regulatory adherence across sites
- Implement and monitor quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives




- Maintain product quality, plant performance, and efficient resource utilization
- Promote Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tooling and improvements across plants
- Lead production activities in collaboration with Sourcing, Engineering and Planning to achieve total cost reduction targets

Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 8/10 years in Manufacturing
- Experience in an international Manufacturing environment
- Technical educational background
- Proven leadership capabilities
