Overview
You will drive Holidu's growth in the Italy Northwest by selling to vacation rental hosts and expanding our regional team. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with cross‑functional colleagues to scale our presence in Milan. The role blends field outreach, events, and onboarding support to build a community of hosts. You’ll travel regionally and contribute to a high‑growth, international tech company focused on making hosting and booking effortless.

Responsabilità
- Reach out to vacation rental owners and implement sales strategies, primarily via cold calling
- Generate sales from prospecting through closing
- Track activity rigorously and manage monthly targets
- Conduct regular business trips to focus regions for market insights




- Support onboarding of new team members and share knowledge with other sales teams
- Help organize events to promote Holidu and build a hosts community
- Travel to the Catania office for one working week per quarter, with company-covered accommodation

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales or business development
- High self-motivation and ability to convincingly engage hosts by phone and in person
- Positive mindset, empathy, and strong interpersonal relationships
- Solution-driven, organized, and responsible work style
- Preferred: experience in sales or account management, travel industry, or online business
- Near native Italian skills and fluent English
