Support the preparation of governance and approval documentation to ensure compliance and timely decision-making. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders driving alignment across all phases of the project.
Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with key terms, including payment milestones, accounting requirements, guarantees, bonds, and other commercial commitments.
Lead and support contract settlement discussions and negotiations with customers, suppliers, and other contract partners. Contribute to successful project execution by proactively identifying opportunities, resolving contractual issues, and minimizing risk.
University degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field, with a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Relevant experience in contract and claim management, contract analysis and drafting, and/or legal advisory roles, ideally within large-scale projects.
Fluent
English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential. Additional knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish or German (dependent on hiring location). Strong negotiation and communication skills, combined with analytical thinking, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
