- Offer helpful, accurate product guidance and practical solutions
- Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly and effectively
- Uphold service quality standards across every interaction
Who Were Looking For:
- You speak English fluently and are proficient in at least one additional European language listed above
- You communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and care about customer experience
- You hold EU citizenship or a valid work/residency permit for one of the countries mentioned
