You will lead market expansion for new-building and in-service segments and strengthen relationships with shipowners, shipyards, designers, and key stakeholders. Requisiti fondamentali
- Salesforce CRM experience in a structured sales environment
- Degree in engineering, Naval Architecture or equivalent
- 10+ years in marine industry, with 5+ years in commercial/managerial roles
- Strong commercial, networking, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders
