Overview
In this role, you will join the Contract Lifecycle Management Team within Support Services to support forecasting, financial and operational metrics, and vendor rebate activities. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to align commercial, operational, and financial objectives. You will produce reports for leaders, drive accuracy in financial data, and seek opportunities to improve processes and reporting quality. This position offers exposure to critical business processes in a fast-paced tech environment and an opportunity to influence decision-making.

Responsabilità
- Weekly and monthly forecast for costs and revenue
- Analyze financial and operational metrics
- Manage knowledge of vendor rebate policies and procedures
- Support vendor rebate tracking, validation, and reporting
- Prepare regular reports for business leaders and stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of business and financial information




- Provide analytical support for strategic and operational decisions
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting quality

Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong numerical analysis skills with high accuracy
- Ability to prepare and present financial reports (P&L;, forecasts, project progress)
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Collaborative with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Services, Operations, Vendor Management)
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Experience with SAP, PowerBI, and vendor tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, reporting)
- Good written and spoken English for stakeholder communication
