Position
The main responsibility of the FAE position is to proactively support Vicor power solutions into various market opportunities incl
- High Performance Computing

This involves coordination with Business Development Managers, Account Managers,



Internal Business Partner while providing pre-and post-Sales technical support including product selection based on the customer’s application needs, product introduction and DIN assistance from an electrical, mechanical and thermal aspect, and troubleshooting customer systems if required.
- Articulate technology, power architectures, and product positioning to both business and technical users
- Business /Relationship development focused
- Direct – business development done directly with customers and their technical community
- Distribution – business development done in conjunction with channel partners at target accounts
- Capture technical requirements and architecture of a customer’s system and act as the liaison to Product Line Engineers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle to the customer engineering staff
- Schematic review and project support on existing customer programs
- Coverage of incoming customer phone and e-mail technical inquiries
- Regular customer visits requiring
