- Lead and execute Bolton’s end-to-end recruitment strategy
- Contribute to the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy
- Partner with P&O; Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire
- Support employer branding initiatives with the Group Organizational Development, Talent & Learning COE
- Report directly to the P&O; Director International & Global Functions
- Work without direct reports

Requirements

-
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in the role within an international context
- Proficiency in Italian
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
