Role Description The Marketing Intern role at Cardo Roma is a full-time, on-site position based in Rome. The intern supports day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning, preparing promotional materials, and helping to execute brand initiatives across digital and on-property channels.

Responsibilities include conducting basic market and competitor research, gathering data on guest feedback, and helping analyze trends to inform marketing strategy. The intern collaborates with the marketing and operations teams to support guest engagement initiatives,



events, and partnerships aligned with the brand’s “clash & contrast” identity. The role also involves administrative tasks, content coordination, and maintaining accurate records of marketing activities and performance.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development through data collection and basic analysis.
- Interest in Sales and hospitality marketing, with the ability to assist in promoting services and experiences.
- Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic social media familiarity.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is highly beneficial.
- Genuine interest in design-driven hospitality and contemporary urban culture.
