Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will maximize the performance of a portfolio of named Accounts through strategic planning and strong relationship management in central Italy. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement business plans, optimize ROI, and drive sell-in results for assigned accounts. This role offers a permanent contract with a clear salary band and a performance-based incentive component, within a customer-focused, results-driven culture. You will operate from Rome, collaborating to deliver tangible growth aligned with company objectives.

Retribuzione / Benefits
- Permanent Contract
- Salary €50,000–€55,000 gross per year
- Variable compensation up to €15,000
- Level Quadro under CCNL H011
- Additional benefits and allowances per CCNL and company policy
- Incentive scheme eligibility

Responsabilità
- Achieve the sell-in sales budget for allocated Accounts and pursue actions to hit targets.
- Develop,



implement and monitor Strategic & Tactical Business Plans for assigned Accounts and coordinate resources to achieve objectives.
- Utilize and plan investments to maximize ROI for the accounts.
- Monitor, analyze Account data and identify opportunities to improve performance locally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and account expansion.
- Focus on the center of Italy and maintain a presence based in Rome.

Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years of experience in key account management or similar role
- Degree in scientific discipline would be appreciated
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal); other major European language is advantageous
