Responsabilità
- Lead litigations, arbitrations, disputes, and investigations, including antitrust enforcement.
- Define strategy for high‑risk, high‑value matters while coordinating top‑tier external counsel worldwide.
- Serve as primary legal interface for senior leadership on contentious and strategic issues.
- Support cross‑border M&A;,
JVs and strategic transactions from due diligence to closing.
- Lead negotiation of complex international project and commercial contracts, safeguarding group risk.
- Provide clear, authoritative legal judgment in fast‑moving, sensitive contexts.
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of experience in top‑tier law firms and/or complex multinational environments.
- Proven track record in litigation, investigations, transactions, and complex negotiations.
- Credibility with C‑level and senior stakeholders; autonomous and credible.
- International mindset, highly analytical, pragmatic and business‑oriented.
- Fluent English; willingness to operate globally.
