Responsabilità
- Support business development by identifying opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and managing leasing and BTS pipelines through market analysis, networking, and lead generation
- Contribute to commercial performance via lead qualification, proposal preparation, customer engagement, and coordination with leasing and asset management teams
- Provide operational and reporting support across marketing and commercial activities, including CRM management, KPI monitoring, budget tracking, pipeline reporting, and internal documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, leasing, development, and asset management teams to enhance customer acquisition, occupancy performance, operational efficiency, and overall business growth
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years of experience in a Business Development & Marketing role within an international real estate investor, developer, or asset manager
- Good knowledge of the Italian real estate market; exposure to logistics/industrial sector is a strong plus
- Strong communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to work across functions
- Fluency in English and Italian
