Based in Milan but supporting our SaaS division in Germany,
we are looking for a full-time employee in the Applications Operations team to start as soon as possible.
Descripiton:
- Manage and support SaaS environments based on OBS (Objectway Banking Suite), including the interfaces connecting OBS with other system
- Monitor daily and end-of-day processing to ensure smooth and reliable operations, while supporting software releases and deployments for customers.
- Work closely with the core banking development, project management and client support teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs, customer requirements, internal standards and applicable regulations, as well as coordinating and performing testing activities when required.
Required Skills:
- IT background through completed studies or equivalent practical experience in IT or banking environments.
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Good knowledge of SQL and exper
