Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales objectives by driving remote sales activities (inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, virtual meetings) with both existing customers and new prospects
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships with procurement, laboratory managers, and end users, identifying needs and positioning Agilent's laboratory services portfolio
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within an assigned territory to grow the existing customer base
- Collaborate proactively with field service engineers and internal sales teams to deliver a differentiated and consistent customer experience
- Prepare and manage service quotations, ensuring accuracy, follow up, and clear value communication
- Maintain an up to date CRM pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Gradually develop inside sales capabilities such as prospecting, objection handling, and commercial negotiation, with the support of the team
Location & Working Model
This position is based in the Greater Milan area, operating under a hybrid working model, with regular collaboration at the Cernusco sul Naviglio site.
Qualifications
- Ideally, a University Degree in a Life Science field (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology...)
- Experience in a commercial, customer-facing, or inside sales position (including graduate roles, commercial internships, pre-sales, customer success,
