This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Lead – DTC & Performance Creative based in Italy.

This is a high-ownership creative leadership role within a fast-growing direct-to-consumer environment where creative is a key driver of customer acquisition.
You’ll oversee the creative engine across agencies and internal teams, ensuring ideas move efficiently from research and briefing through production, QA, testing, and iteration.
The role combines creative leadership, agency management, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, editors, designers, and art direction to consistently raise the quality and effectiveness of paid social creative.
Performance data will guide your decisions, with metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and revenue informing what to improve and test next.
You’ll also build scalable systems, workflows, and reporting practices that turn creative learnings into repeatable processes.

Accountabilities

Own the end-to-end creative production process across multiple external creative agencies and an internal team, managing priorities, quality, delivery, reviews, and performance.

Lead agency relationships, including running biweekly calls, setting expectations, reviewing output, and holding partners accountable for execution and results.

Develop approximately 10 creative briefs per week using customer research, audience insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data.

Oversee and quality-check scripts, static concepts, UGC ideas, hooks, video edits, landing-page concepts, and supporting research.
