Overview In this role you join the Group Controlling team to own the group-level closing, reporting and planning processes. You will translate balance sheet, P&L; and cash flow dynamics for senior management and prepare materials for the Board in collaboration with leadership. You’ll drive monthly consolidation, planning cycles and the group reporting platform, while supporting optimization and transformation projects.
This is a hands-on role with direct impact on performance measurement and cross-functional governance.

Responsabilità
- Organize and coordinate the Group’s monthly management consolidation closing process
- Prepare Board materials and support CEO/CFO discussions
- Produce the monthly reporting package with analyses of Group companies and corporate functions
- Coordinate planning processes including strategic plan, budget,
and forecasts
- Manage and develop the Group reporting and consolidation platform (Tagetik)
- Measure and report performance for incentive schemes across Group companies
- Contribute to finance process and systems optimization and transformation projects
- Manage and develop one direct report
Requisiti fondamentali
- 7+ years experience in Audit/FP&A;
- Strong IFRS knowledge
- Solid understanding of accounting procedures and monthly closing
- Experience in management consolidation activities
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with reporting, consolidation (Tagetik), and BI systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
