As Senior Manager, Wholesale, you drive the wholesale business across designated territories with emphasis on France and key partners. Responsabilità
- Own wholesale activities for the designated territory and drive seasonal sell-in across multiple markets
- Meet annual bookings targets while maintaining healthy margins and balanced ecosystem
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop action plans to increase sales and Open-to-Buy commitments
- Strengthen relationships with wholesale partners, Department Stores, specialty retailers and distributors
- Negotiate terms and commitments, lead regular business reviews, and ensure alignment with Tory Burch standards
- Visit wholesale doors to review performance and identify new doors, partnerships, and distribution opportunities
- Support long-term wholesale expansion plans and monitor market trends to inform strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast, plan, and execute inventory and brand initiatives
- Provide business analysis and market feedback to senior leadership
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of wholesale experience in luxury, premium fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
- Significant experience managing the French market and key French department stores and wholesale accounts
- Proven track record delivering sales growth and profitability, with complex negotiations
